Training & Continuous Improvement Leader

Operations - Full Time - Head Office

We're looking for a Training & Continuous Improvement Leader to manage and conduct the training of new and existing staff to be able to work to the requirements of all IPC certified standards used within the business and support other training requirements, including aspects of Health and Safety, Lean and ESD.

The Training & Continuous Improvement Leader will work closely with all areas of the business, to develop and implement Continuous Improvement action plans. Identify, justify and lead Continuous Improvement projects using appropriate Continuous Improvement tools/methodologies.

Production - Full Time - Head Office

This is a role in the production/ operations department at Phoenix Systems.

This is a role in the cable assembly and wiring production department at Phoenix Systems. The operator will be assembling product using a variety of tools & equipment including cut and strip machines, crimp tools, loom-boards and soldering irons.

Solderer

Production - Full Time - Head Office

This is a role in the production department at Phoenix Systems. The operator will be hand soldering both conventional / through hole and surface mount components and assembling product using a variety of tools & equipment depending on the employees skills and specific production department they are assigned to. These tools range from screen printers, surface mount machines and reflow ovens, to microscopes, soldering irons and automated wash systems.

Test Team Leader

Manufacturing - Full Time - Head Office

The Test Team Leader is responsible for the test and diagnostics of all production PCB assemblies (i.e., those released from NPI status and does not include repairs and returns) including planning and managing departmental workload.

They will ensure a positive working relationship is maintained with the Technical Team Leader so that common resource is efficiently shared between departments.
